Programme Structure

How a 12-Week
Block Works

W1

Week 1–2: Initial Assessment & Profiling

We assess current technical, tactical and physical benchmarks. A detailed player profile is built and shared with the player and parent.

W3

Week 3–6: Technical Foundation Focus

Intensive focus on the player's core technical weaknesses. High-repetition drills to build muscle memory and confidence on the ball.

W7

Week 7–9: Tactical Integration

Technical skills applied in game-realistic scenarios. Positional work, small-sided games and match scenarios introduced.

W10

Week 10–11: Physical Conditioning

Dedicated conditioning block targeting speed, agility and football-specific endurance. Age-appropriate loading and recovery.

W12

Week 12: Review, Testing & Programme Update

Full reassessment against initial benchmarks. Progress report issued. Next 12-week block designed based on new profile.

We coach players from U7 all the way through to U14. Our sessions are grouped by age to ensure appropriate intensity and content for each stage of development.
Small group sessions have a maximum of 4–6 players. 1-to-1 sessions are just the player and their coach. We never compromise on group size — it's fundamental to our model.
Session locations are confirmed at the point of booking. We operate at high-quality 3G and grass facilities across the region. Location details are provided in your booking confirmation.
Players should bring appropriate football boots, a football and a water bottle. All training equipment and cones are provided by FPC coaches.

Yes. All FPC coaches hold enhanced DBS certification and are fully safeguarding trained. Your child's safety is our absolute priority.
Absolutely. Players can join at any point in the year. We'll assess their current level and fit them into the appropriate group or programme.
Holiday camps run full days (9am–4pm) across consecutive school holiday days. Each day includes technical drills, small-sided games, position-specific sessions and competitive tournaments. Every player receives a certificate at the end.
